Raw Organi Website Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Raw Organi website (hereinafter: "the Site"). The Site serves as an online store for the sale of textile, bedding and home decor products (hereinafter: "the Products"). Use of the Site, including browsing it and/or purchasing Products, constitutes full agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested not to use the Site. These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and refer equally to both genders.

Purchases and Orders

  • Products on the Site are purchased by credit card or other payment methods listed on the payment page.
  • Completion of the purchase is subject to credit card company approval, and to the requested Product being in stock when the order is completed.
  • If a Product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the Site management will notify the customer and allow them to cancel the order without a cancellation fee, or to choose an alternative Product.

Delivery and Shipping

  • The Site will arrange delivery of the Product to the address entered by the customer when placing the order, within 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery times refer to business days only (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays).
  • The Site is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from force majeure, from events beyond its control, or from delays by the courier company.

Cancellation and Return Policy (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law)

  • A customer may cancel the transaction from the day the order is placed and up to 14 days from the date of receiving the Product or the date of receiving the transaction details document (whichever is later).
  • Terms for returning textile and bedding products: by law, Products may be returned only if the Product is intact, undamaged, in its original packaging, and has not been used in any way. It is hereby clarified that opening the packaging, trying the bedding on the bed, or washing the Product are considered use that voids the right of return.
  • In the event of a cancellation not caused by a defect in the Product, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, will be charged. The cost of shipping back to the company's warehouses will be borne by the customer.
  • In the event of a cancellation due to a defect in the Product or a mismatch between the Product and the details presented on the Site, the company will bear the shipping cost and will refund the customer the full purchase amount.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Site, including the Site design, images, texts and logo, are the exclusive property of Raw Organi.
  • It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, publish or otherwise use the information or images appearing on the Site without prior written approval from the Site management.

Privacy and Information Security

  • The store takes accepted and advanced precautions to maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
  • Credit card payments are processed by an external payment processor under the strictest security standard (PCI DSS). Customers' credit card details are not stored in the Site's databases.
