Shipping Policy

We make every effort to get your order to you quickly and conveniently. We offer two shipping options to choose from:

1. Home delivery by courier

  • Delivery time is up to 4 business days from the moment the order is picked up from our warehouse.
  • In most cases, delivery is very fast and arrives the day after the package is picked up from the warehouse.
  • Important to know: if the courier company is unable to deliver the package for a reason that depends on the customer (for example, no answer or an incorrect address), the package will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, the customer will bear the double shipping costs and a handling fee.

General note: The delivery times stated are average times that depend on the shipping companies. The count of delivery days begins on the day after the package leaves the warehouse.

Cancellation and Return Policy

At Raw Organi, we make every effort to deliver your order quickly. So that we can pass orders on to the warehouse for handling on time, set time windows have been defined for canceling an order.

1. Order cancellation policy (before the package leaves)

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM: You can cancel at no cost until 11:00 AM on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM: You can cancel at no cost until 11:00 AM the next day.

Please note: A cancellation after the time window stated above will be treated as a product return, because the package has already gone to handling and packing at the logistics warehouse.

2. Product return policy (after the cancellation hours or after receiving the package)

If you want to return a product after it has already left the warehouse or after it has reached you:

  1. Contact customer service: Contact us by email at support@raworgani.com or by WhatsApp at 055-994-6048, with your order number.
  2. Arranging a pickup from your door: We will arrange a courier to come and collect the package for you. When the pickup is arranged, you will receive a dedicated tracking number.

Return costs and fees

  • Courier cost: The pickup shipment from the customer's home is priced at the regular shipping cost.
  • Handling fee: A handling fee of NIS 12 is added to every return.

Note: Once the package is received at our warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued according to the payment method used for the transaction, minus the shipping cost and the handling fee.
